Balmer Roofing did an incredible job at our house and couldn’t be happier! Getting a roof replaced is one of those tasks you hope to only have to tackle a couple/three times in your lifetime. Their communication throughout the entire process was some of the best I’ve encountered among contractors. Our roof was damaged due to a hail storm earlier in the year and Chris’ expertise navigating the insurance process helped ensure we received the most value for our claim. They did a roof replacement and gutter downspouts. What I thought was different (better) than the last roof replacement we did at another contractor was that Balmer crews did not rush through to finish in a day. The owner even stopped by to check on things during the install. Felt they did a quality job and the finished product looks great! Would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

Balmer did an excellent job with our roof replacement. Alen was extremely responsive, even answering questions during evenings and weekends. Within two weeks of signing the invoice, the roof, downspouts, and paint work were complete. He also added thoughtful personal touches, including drone photos of the installation. When I noticed a bent gutter that was outside the original scope, Alen quickly coordinated the added work and had it completed seamlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my decision to work with Balmer.

Our project manager Jason was super responsive and kept us in the loop the whole time, Balmer was the only company who could get out same day to tarp our roof after it was damaged. The crew got everything done in a day and got everything cleaned up great afterwards. Hoping I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, but would go through Balmer again in a heartbeat. Also very competitive pricing, came in well underneath what my insurance estimated!
